Standard thickness — 10 mm to 25 mm total (face sheet + honeycomb + back sheet).
Face sheet — 0.6 mm to 1.2 mm 304 / 316 stainless steel, foldable to a 2 mm inner radius without cracking.
Core — 3003 / 5052 aluminum honeycomb, 6 mm to 19 mm cell, structural adhesive bond.
Back sheet — galvanized or stainless backer for rigidity and corrosion protection.
Edge — folded return edge or welded stainless trim; pre-drilled rivet holes at 100–150 mm centres.
Mounting brackets — stainless Z-clip or L-bracket, factory-welded to back, plug-and-fix on site.
Max panel size — up to 1220 × 2440 mm in a single piece; larger assemblies are seamed on site.
