How the Bending Process Works

The forming method shown in the video uses a three-roller bending principle. The stainless steel trim passes between an upper roller and two lower rollers; by adjusting the distance between them, the operator controls how tightly the profile curves. Running the profile through several times produces a smooth, even radius instead of a sharp kink.
