Stainless Steel Facade Panels for High-Rise Curtain Walls

Stainless steel facade panels for a high-rise curtain wall, produced in our factory and installed on site. Each panel was custom-fabricated to fit the building geometry, then crated and shipped to the project location for final mounting by our installation crew.

The panels use a mirror-polished stainless steel surface, cut and formed from coil to finished cladding. We control the full process under one roof: material selection, CNC cutting, bending, welding, polishing, packing, and site coordination with the installation team.

Specifications

  • Material: 304 or 316 stainless steel, grade selected per project
  • Surface: mirror finish (8K), with optional brushed or bead-blasted patterns
  • Panel sizes: custom-cut to architectural drawings, typical spans 600-1500 mm
  • Thickness: 1.5-3.0 mm standard, heavier gauges on request
  • Fabrication: CNC cutting, bending, TIG welding, hand polishing under factory QC
  • Packaging: foam-lined wooden crates, seaworthy for export and on-site handling
  • Installation support: shop drawings, anchor layout, and crew dispatch available
