Inside ARTDSN’s Production Floor — From Precision Bending to Export-Ready Packing
Take a look inside ARTDSN production facility — where every stainless steel trim profile is manufactured, inspected, and carefully packed for delivery to clients across the globe.
Precision Bending with ARTDSN Own Equipment
The process begins on the shop floor, where our in-house press brakes shape raw stainless steel sheets into precise architectural trim profiles. Each bend is calibrated to the architect is specifications, ensuring consistency across hundreds — or thousands — of linear meters.

Quality Inspection and Profile Staging
Before any profile leaves our facility, it undergoes a visual and dimensional quality check. Stacked and organized by project, each set of trims is labeled with project details and wrapped in protective film. Our Green Line packaging brand ensures clear identification and traceability for every order.

Export-Ready Crating and Packing
Finished profiles are carefully loaded into reinforced wooden crates, standing vertically to prevent deformation during transit. Each crate is labeled with the ARTDSN logo, project code, and destination address, ensuring smooth customs clearance and on-site identification upon arrival.

Why ARTDSN
From custom profile design and in-house fabrication to rigorous quality control and export-standard packing, ARTDSN manages the entire supply chain under one roof. Every step is tracked, every profile inspected — so when our clients receive their order, it arrives exactly as specified, ready for installation.
