How Tiform Makes It

Every textured solid trim is produced in-house at the ARTDSN facility in Xiamen. The process starts from stainless steel coil or bar stock, which is cut to length, formed to the required cross-section, and then run through a custom pressing operation that imprints the hammered pattern along the decorative face. After pressing, the surface is mechanically polished to bring out a clean mirror highlight on every raised point, then protected with a peel-off film before packing. Because every step is controlled in-house — material, forming, texturing, polishing, and packing — the look, color, and dimensional accuracy stay consistent across the full order.
